Anton has dedicated his life to developing great talent. Early in his career, Anton coached elite-level athletes, produced theatre, and counseled professional students in business, engineering, law, liberal arts and medicine. He served as an admissions director at the Johns Hopkins University, dean of admissions at Loyola Law School, and managing director and chief talent officer at international law firm, Paul Hastings - hiring and training thousands of lawyers world-wide. Anton was a frequent lecturer on career development at leading US and UK law schools, and established fellowship and scholarship programs at leading universities, including Cambridge, Harvard, Oxford, Paris, Peking and Yale.
Today, Anton manages a multi-faceted business which includes business and career advising, film production, special events and a film studio. He also serves as executive director of Explore Bike Share, the shared mobility nonprofit of Memphis. He is chair of the Center City Development Corporation Board of Directors, commissioner for the Memphis Area Transit Authority (MATA), past president of the Indie Memphis and the South Main Association Board of Directors, and was named a Power Player by Memphis Magazine in 2022. Anton holds a bachelor's degree from Johns Hopkins, MBA from ESCP Europe (Paris), and completed graduate studies at Harvard, College of Europe (Belgium), Fundação Getúlio Vargas (Brazil), and the University of Texas-Austin. He was classically trained at the Peabody Conservatory of Music in Baltimore, and a former international brevet gymnastics judge.
