Anton has dedicated his life to developing great talent. Early in his career, Anton coached elite-level athletes, produced theatre, and counseled students in business, engineering, law, liberal arts and medicine. He served as admissions director at the Johns Hopkins University and University of Baltimore School of Law, dean of admissions at Loyola Law School of Los Angeles, and later, as managing director and chief talent officer at top-ranked international law firm, Paul Hastings LLP. He hired and counseled over 1000 lawyers across Asia, Europe, North America and South America, and created fellowship and scholarship programs at leading universities, including Cambridge, Harvard, Oxford, Paris, Peking and Yale. Anton was also a frequent speaker and lecturer at leading educational institutions and management conferences worldwide.
Today, Anton manages a multi-faceted business, which includes business and career advising, and Century House, a private social club and professional development center. He serves as vice president and president-elect of the South Main Association and a member of the Memphis Maker Council. Anton holds a bachelor's degree from the Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from ESCP Europe (Paris). He also completed graduate studies at Harvard University, the College of Europe (Belgium), Fundação Getúlio Vargas (Brazil), and the University of Texas-Austin. He was classically trained at the Peabody Conservatory of Music in Baltimore, and was a state gymnastics champion.

Karen Jones Thomas is an educator, strategist and life coach. Karen is a licensed teacher and school psychologist as well as a television host. She has a broad range of experience and expertise, having served as director of marketing for Flint International Airport and Three Angels Broadcasting Network, and as the annual fund director for California State University, Sacramento. Changing career focus midstream, Karen chose an education track to enjoy the benefits of more time for family, teaching, and personal interests.
As president of Bay Bright Solutions, a business and personal strategy company, she has provided life coaching for a wide range of entertainment clients, C-suite leaders in private and public companies, heads of state, higher education executives, philanthropists and non-profit organizations, including professional vocal coach, Stevie Mackey (currently on The Voice, with JLo Productions and Selena Gomez), Nelson Beato (the Grammys, Rihanna), Michael Adrian Davis, Flo Roach’s Black Soap, actress and Instagram star, itsBethanydani, P3 Financial, and a variety of authors.
Karen enjoys uplifting people and sharing positive perspectives for difficult circumstances. For the past 17 years, she has hosted Issues and Answers which airs worldwide on 3ABN network. She especially enjoys working with and teaching young people how to reach their greatest potential. Karen holds a BBA from Andrews University, a PPSC in school counseling from California State University, Sacramento and an MA in education leadership from San Jose State University. She has presented professionally in 25 U.S. states, England, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the Caribbean.
