Pricing

Film/Video, Podcast & Photo Shoots / $150 per hour with a  2-hour minimum / $1000 per full day / $600 per half day up to 6 hours / Availability Monday - Friday, and weekends.

Meetings (Sunday-Saturday) / $1500 per full day / $750 per half day
Booking includes 8-hour period for full day and 4-hour period for half day, cleaning service, restroom supplies, ice, tables, and chairs, and an on-site attendant for up to 75 guests for full day and up to 50 guests for half day. Bartending services are available at no additional cost. All catering must be approved and coordinated with Century House. No food or beverages are included in this pricing.

Conferences/Receptions (Sunday-Saturday) / $2000 per day
Booking includes 12-hour period, cleaning service, bar and restroom supplies, ice, tables, chairs, and an on-site attendant for up to 75 guests. Bartending services are included at no additional cost

. All catering must be approved and coordinated with Century House. No food or beverages are included in this pricing.

Note: Century House has several important policies which apply for all bookings. (1) Adults Only: Children under the age of 12 are not permitted. (2) No smoking, chewing gum or glitter are permitted inside the building at any time. (3) All activities are limited to approximately 75 people.

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the Century House rental agreement made available during the booking process.

Payments must be made by check, cash or cash app.
