South Forum Ventures is a joint venture of Powell Renaissance Holdings LLC and Warren & Lee Holdings LLC. The company organizes and hosts the South Forum Festival. They also operate a furniture design and manufacturing business under the labels of Century House Collection and Taylor+Mack. Together, the companies subscribe to a unique set of environmental standards in manufacturing and sourcing of materials. They are committed to revitalizing the business and residential activities of the South Forum Redevelopment Business District of Memphis, Tennessee by bringing the community together. The joint venture is a 50% minority-owned business.
